Loaded Hips Press is the work of artist Shannon Buck, who grew up in the swamps of the South and moved across the country to Portland, Oregon where she studied printmaking at PSU and PNCA and learned letterpress from old-school printers. She believes her duty is preserve and pass on letterpress printing traditions and her studio space is a shared accumulation of salvaged presses and other printing sorts.
