Annual Day of Dead Celebration

November 2nd 12-5pm

Join us for our annual Día de Muertos celebration, where our altar, crafted by Jess Lagunas in collaboration with Michi of Iki Iki Creative , will honor and send blessings to all those seeking healing through grief. This ofrenda embraces the cherished hearts of our Cargo familia and Atzin’s heart.

Let us invoke the energy of healing and engage in a meaningful conversation about the presence of our elders, both in spirit and in life.

Conversation + Blessing with Jess at 3:33pm

Ideal PDX Art Show will be up to view and purchase! Come support these amazing artists!

La Casa de Mamá is a small, Latina-owned and family-operated vegan Mexican panaderia based in Portland, Oregon. In honor of Día de los Muertos, they are bringing back their vegan Pan de Muerto with options to choose from, including our special edition artisanal, hand-decorated option in collaboration with 222 Pastries, inspired by traditional Mexican patterns and Talavera. They will also be offering champurrado and tamales for the season.

Mercado Lula offers a curated collection of Mexican Artisan goods, including locally made products. At this event they will feature locally roasted coffee from Tostado, we will be offering Mexican Spiced Coffee (Café de Olla). Kits for making Café de Olla at home will also be available for purchase.
